Founder & Chief ExecutiveEric has spent more than three decades building, managing, and turning around operations across nearly every sector — from government and federal work to privately held companies he founded and led himself.
A retired law enforcement officer and disabled Army veteran, his career has been defined by service and by a hard-won instinct for what actually makes organizations run. He has launched and scaled ventures, managed teams through pressure, and stayed close to the communities he serves through initiatives supporting veterans, youth, and families.
That breadth is his edge: Eric has seen how organizations succeed and how they stall, and he brings that pattern recognition to every engagement — cutting through the noise to the few things that truly move the needle.

Co-FounderCrystalynn is an organizational strategist with a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and more than a decade leading transformational initiatives across corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit settings.
As a former Chief of Staff to enterprise-level leadership, she has designed scalable systems, led enterprise implementations, and built the operational structures that let organizations grow without losing themselves. She pairs that rigor with a deep commitment to equity and community — the same values behind the initiatives she has founded to serve youth and families.
